Touhou Doujin Game: Meirin Defense Alpha 11

Preview for the skill menu(press N, shortcut to be changed later) and power drop system(for some reason the icons arent moving to the right place on the screen, wasnt happening while offline.) and improved the behavior of the skeleton knight.
